Cisco Meraki –
Cisco Meraki products provide a tiered level of security based on your IT budget. Cisco Meraki allows for secure, simplistic deployment and cloud management which are essential to any organization. Utilizing Cisco Meraki products is preferred by Divergent IT. Divergent IT deploys Cisco Meraki products to ensure our customers environments are secure, alert us when something is wrong and aligns with our licensing model.
Poly
(formally Polycom and Plantronics) – Poly has an arrange of products but are best known for desktop handset and headset functionality. Poly is not a VOIP provided but their products are needed to ensure your staff can operate to it's full capacity. It is hard to believe that desktop handsets are still utilized but when you need one, Divergent IT, only recommends a Poly device. Divergent IT only works with products that are known to not only have a strong track record but which are also leaders in their vertical and Poly definitely is.
Brother printers –
Divergent IT has always preferred to deploy a Brother printer due to the low cost of ownership. Brother was one of the first companies to offer high yield toner options for its customers which allows for small business owners to get the cost per printed page down. Brother’s approach to product lifecycle is more affordable and available than other competitors in our opinion. Divergent IT does recommend Brother based printers as they allow us to deploy them and not worry about a great deal of downtime for our customers.
We would recommend all three of these products any day of the week and have recommended each of them for several years now.
